This very spacious and airy apartment comprises the whole of the first floor of Nanceddan Farmhouse.  Upon arrival, guests are given the keys to the front door and can 'come and go' as they wish.  The flat is completely self-contained with unrestricted access and accommodation is limited to a maximum of six persons.  Access is through the conservatory at the front of the house and up the main staircase at the top of which there is a lockable door.

The apartment is carpeted throughout, has window seats in all rooms, has full central heating and double glazing.  The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, large bathroom with bath and shower. There is a 32" digital colour television, video recorder, DVD player, selection of videos/dvds, PS1 + games, selection of board games and books, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.  

Please feel free to bring your laptops - WiFi is available free of charge (wireless broadband internet access).

Outside, there is a large garden with patio and fish pond, further lawned area with clothes drying lines, and parking for two cars at the front of the house.  Wheelie bins for your rubbish and recycling boxes for all recycle-able materials are located to the side of the farmhouse.

Electricity, hot water, bed linen and towels (not beach) are included in the weekly rental price.

We regret we cannot accept pets at Nanceddan.  The flat must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, and guests can arrive from 4pm on the day of arrival although if the flat is ready for guests before 4pm and a mobile phone number is provided on the booking form, occupation can be earlier than this.

A colour brochure is available upon request, and the property is serviced and cleaned by the resident owners.
