This very spacious and airy apartment comprises the whole of the first floor of Nanceddan Farmhouse together with the recently added balcony which has superb views together with patio table and chairs.  

Upon arrival, guests are given the keys to the patio doors on the balcony.  The flat is completely self-contained with unrestricted access and the accommodation is limited to five persons.  

The apartment is carpeted throughout, has window seats in all rooms except the lounge which has patio doors onto the balcony.  There is central heating and double glazing.  The accommodation comprises a large double bedroom, a small double (suitable for one person), 1 twin bedroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, large bathroom with bath and shower. There is a 32" digital colour television with Sky TV and Sky+, DVD player, selection of videos/dvds, Playstation consol + games, selection of board games and books, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.  

Please feel free to bring your laptops - WiFi is available free of charge (please ask for the password upon arrival).

Outside, the balcony provides a relaxing seating area with superb rural views across the valley together with views to Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount.  There is also a large garden with fish pond, further lawned area with clothes drying lines, and parking for two cars at the front of the house.  Wheelie bins and recycling boxes are located to the side of the farmhouse.

Included in the weekly rental price is:-  electricity, hot water, bed linen, allocated parking for two cars, hand towels and bath sheets (not beach towels).

We regret we cannot accept pets at Nanceddan.  The flat must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, and guests can arrive from 4pm on the day of arrival although if the flat is ready for guests before 4pm and a mobile phone number is provided on the booking form, occupation can be earlier than this.

A colour brochure is available upon request, and the property is serviced and cleaned by the resident owners.
