Nanceddan is a detached farmhouse built from Cornish granite in the late 1800s. It has been in the Richards family for several generations and was originally a working farm with beef and dairy cattle, Pick Your Own fruit and vegetables, daffodils and anemone production, and provided one of the first self-catering complexes in the area with 18 letting units in the late 1970s and 1980s.

The fields are now rented out to a local farmer who uses them for cattle and sheep grazing, and the growing of vegetables.

The name ‘Nanceddan’, which translates into ‘Valley of the Birds’, is situated in a quiet rural valley location enjoying superb sea and coastal views including St Michael’s Mount and Mount’s Bay.

Conveniently located for both the north and the south coasts, it is only a two minute drive to the main A30 and local village amenities.  The self-catering apartment comprises the whole of the first floor together with large balcony.
